Covid-19 Home Care & Precautions

• The majority of appointments to be held outside
• 2 metre social distancing will be adhered to and signs placed accordingly.
• Handles and chairs disinfected
• Hand sanitiser and masks available
• Hand washing facility in garden
• Washing of hands before and after handling of pet
• All pet belongings at each handover to be disinfected / wiped over
• Social distancing rules to be adhered to while walking a dog
• Emergency contact details to be given of a friend / relative to cover picking up of the pet if the customer should need to self isolate after break / holiday
• Text to be sent 48 hours before customer appointment regarding COVID-19 questions
